Samadhi Eco Resort was founded in 2016 after 20 years of dreaming and planning by two life-long best friends. Across oceans and time and exploring and experiencing, the 123-acre spiritual oasis encompassing an enchanting world of natural beauty and authentic living in the south of Chile will be open to the public in spring 2018. With a passion for being environmentally sustainable and self sufficient, Samadhi Eco Resort has already begun its journey by completing its first two eco-cabins and experimenting with organic gardening and chicken raising. In addition, three of the recycled container cabins, and six recycled sewer pipes have been placed into position for the final phases of completion. We are looking for volunteers/interns to join us on the journey. Please see our Facebook and Instagram posts for an overview of what our volunteers’ adventures entail. Interns/volunteers will cover their own transportation to Vilcun (nearest airport is Temuco), visas, toiletries, travel insurance, rain and work clothes. In exchange for 30hrs of work per week, we will provide food, room and board, bedding, laundry facilities, and wifi. 2 week minimum through September, 1 month minimum from October on.
