There are so many great things within this documentary about SECMOL. Sonam Wangchuk’s vision for SECMOL and ability to make it a reality is nothing short of incredible. The journey and growth of Norphel and his fellow classmates in one year at SECMOL is equally fascinating.

The narrator said it best, it is difficult to believe that Norphel didn’t excel in the regular school system. I spent a few weeks at SECMOL and felt that way about all of the students that we met, including Norphel. They were truly wonderful and talented people. It felt like a school for the gifted as opposed to one for kids who failed grade 10.

From an environmental, economic and social perspective, SECMOL is an incredible place.
